Welcome to our new online scheduling program. You can now book your appointment right here online! When you book your appointment you can pay with credit or debit card, or you can send a check to the P.O.Box.

**Please note if selecting “private group session” the dollar amount that comes up is for the deposit only.
**If you would like to add an extra person(s) to your private session please indicate this at time of booking. The fee for the extra person(s) can be paid at the time of your session in Jackie’s office via cash or check. No credit cards are accepted in the office.
**** Please note if you are not paying online, a deposit or payment in full must be paid via the P.O.Box within five business days of date of booking. All telephone sessions must be paid in full. If booking an appointment within the same week, example: Booking an appointment on December 13th for December 16th, payment must be made online . If no payment is received within this time frame your appointment will be cancelled.
**** Please check your email before coming to your session. If for any reason Jackie is unable to meet with you, you will be notified via email as soon as possible****
Open appointments in the claendar will appear in a blue block with the time. Grey blocks indicate already booked sessions.

The rear of the building is most easily accessed by using Elm St.
Enter through the door with the green awning.
Jackie’s office is in the rear of the building, as 50 Oliver St is on the corner of Oliver and Elm St. It is much easier to get there via Elm St. When you come down Elm St ( off of Rt 138 ) you will see a big blue sign on your left that says Douglas King Builders 50 Oliver St. Go past the sign and turn into the next driveway. This is the rear of the building. The door you will enter through has a green awning over it. The door is usually locked. Jackie will come down to let you in.
Sessions are held between these hours:
Tues-Fri: 10:30am – 1:30pm
Sat- 10:30am – 1:30pm

Payment and Deposit info:
* A deposit of $100.00 is required for all group gatherings* * All deposits are non refundable*
* Payment for sessions are payable with PayPal or by check/money order.
* Payment (in full) for telephone sessions must be paid at time of booking via PayPal or If sending a check to the P.O.Box the check must arrive within 5 business days of date of booking. If the check does not arrive within 5 business days from time of booking the appointment date and time may no longer be available.
* If payment is not received your session will be cancelled
*All deposits are non refundable.
Appointment and policy:
**** Very important!! Please arrive on time for your appointment****
If you are late ( by 15 minutes or more ) or are unreachable by phone ( for telephone clients ) your session will be rescheduled or considered missed. There is no refund for missed appointments.
***** Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy *****
Cancellation or rescheduling: A $15.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations once the appointment time and date has been scheduled, no exceptions. You may reschedule a session up to one week prior to your appointment date and time. At least 24 hour notice is required to change/cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of a deposit of $15.00.
There will be no refund for missed appointments
** Refunds will be sent to your paypal account or via check through the mail.
